1. PET self-adhesive label
PET is a fiber material with good hard ductility, can withstand a certain high temperature, can withstand harsh environments, and can resist the corrosion of chemicals such as strong acids and alkalis. Commonly used fabrics are matte silver, matte white, bright silver, pure white, full transparency and so on.
Basic PET label temperature range: -20℃～+120℃, the minimum labeling temperature is 10℃;
Temperature resistance range of super glue and cable PET label: -20℃～+100℃, the minimum labeling temperature is 10℃;
2. PP self-adhesive label
PP self-adhesive material is the most common basic consumable in advertising design. Depending on the coating, three types of black ink are used for printing: weak organic solvent black ink, pigment ink, and dye ink. Among them, the self-adhesive PP printed with weak organic solvent black ink is also often called outdoor self-adhesive or oil-soluble self-adhesive, which can be used outdoors without a base film; dry glue, without sub-film, can only be used indoors; The dye ink prints water-soluble self-adhesive, which is not moisture-proof, and the coating will melt when exposed to water, so it must be used indoors with a sub-film.
The temperature resistance range of the label: -20℃～+80℃, and the minimum labeling temperature is 7℃.
3. PVC self-adhesive label
General temperature range of PVC labels: -10℃～+60℃, minimum labeling temperature 10℃;
Temperature resistance range of super glue PVC label: -20℃～+80℃, the lowest labeling temperature is 7℃;
High temperature resistant PVC label temperature range: -20℃～+280℃ (280℃ for ten minutes, 320℃ for 10 seconds), the minimum labeling temperature is 7℃;
Ultra-low temperature PVC label temperature range: -196°C to +165°C, minimum labeling temperature is -40°C.
4. Thermal sticker
Thermal printing paper is a production process paper, which is made by coating a layer of "Thermistor Architectural Paint" (thermistor fading layer) on high-quality base paper.
Temperature resistance range of thermistor labels: -15℃～+60℃ (general three-proof), -50℃～90℃ (high-quality three-proof), the minimum labeling temperature is 7℃; the temperature resistance characteristics are also different according to the quality. All the same.
The temperature resistance range of the removable thermal paper label: -50℃～+90℃, and the minimum labeling temperature is 7℃. "Removable" means that the label is attached to the object to be attached, and after it is removed from the label, there is no super glue residue on the surface of the object to be attached.
