Texturized fiberglass fabrics are woven by bulk yarn which is texturized by high pressure air. It had high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity coefficient, anti-corrosion and good filter-ability. After dewaxing treatment, it can be compatible with polyester, epoxy and vinyl resins, and is widely used in mica tape,fiberglass tape,aircraft industry, ship industry, chemical industry, military industry and sports goods, etc.
The product weaving by different twisted yarn through air-jet loom or rapier loom, the twisted yarn is mainly twisted by 2-6 single yarn(fiberglass single yarn types :D900, D450, E225, E110, G150, G75 and G67, G37, etc.), According to customers’ different requirements, we can produce plain weave, twill weave, satin weave etc., with different weave, covering the weft density rang of 2-151/inch, the maximum width is 445cm.
