Fiberglass needled mat is made from continuous fiberglass strands or chopped fiberglass strands randomly looped and laid on a conveyor belt, then needle stitched together. It has high temperature resistance, fire resistance, anti-corrosion, shock resistance, electric insulation and noise elimination. It is a good material of cleaning tail gas and air.

Usage:

Primarily used in fiberglass molding processes such as GMT, RTM, etc. Typical products are automotive running boards, architectural panels, large industrial panels and other FRP products.

Product Characteristics:

1. No binder or other knitting material used to bond the mat together.

2. Good resin flow ability and impregnation capability. No white strands.

3. Strand has good resistance to wash ability and suitable for RTM, GMT and other molding processes, 20N/100MM.

5. Needle mat easily fills the mold and conforms to complex shapes, while

providing a smooth finished surface.

Application:

1)Fiberglass needle mat can be applied on all kinds of electrical appliances, such as small home appliances, toaster, electric frying pan ,Micro oven, air conditioner as the thermal insulation pad.

2) The feature that fiberglass needle mat used in the silencer has: high rate of porosity, high rate of porosity, low thermal conductivity. Moreover, fiber glass mat has good performance at heat insulation (700°C), corrosion resistance and high tenacity. Thus, it has been widely used in automobile, motorcycle muffler area among many car makes big country. 4)Fiberglass needle mat immersed in resin processed into plate can be used as thermal insulation sound insulation materials for housing construction and air-conditioning.
