White PP film 60 MICRON GLASSINE self adhesive paper
White PP film 60 MICRON GLASSINE self adhesive paper is a white opaque, solid polypropylene film with an extreme high gloss finish. The material is top coated to provide a good ink key for supreme 4-colour reproduction with exceptional print results. Suitable for general label applications, where a stiffer opaque substrate is necessary for good application performance, e.g. beverage labels.
Face: Top Coated PP film.
Adhesive: Acrylic based, permanent with improved water resistance, UV resistance and short term removability.
Liner: White glassine backing. Transparency allows its use in automatic dispensing system.
Conversion and Printing
This product has good printability in all classical printing methods. Printing inks should be checked for suitability prior to use. This product is designed for use in thermal printing system at printing speeds up to 8 inch /200 mm per sec (based on printer's set up).
Shelf Life and Storage Conditions
One year when stored away from direct sunlight and heat, in a dark, dry place at a temperature of 22 °C ± 2 °C with a relative humidity of 50 %, ± 5%.

Application and Use: Typical applications include labels for rigid containers on Cosmetics, Toiletries and other Health and Beauty Aid products, Food and Beverage products, promotional labeling and household chemicals requiring durability and resistance to moisture and chemicals. The product is especially suitable for use on containers with a pearlescent look. Due to the nature of the film, care should be taken with use on non-uniform surfaces and where a high level of squeezability is required.
