FEP-WF Welding Film
Fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene. FEP-WF welding film is an ideal economical solution for applications that don’t require high aesthetic standards, such as hot melt adhesives (welding tape). FEP-WF film has an operating temperature range of -425°F to 400°F (-254°C to 205°C) and possesses all of the physical, mechanical, and thermal properties of FEP-FG grade, while offering up to 25% savings.

Fep film sepecification :
1. the specification can be customized , the thickness more than 0.03mm .
2. Temperature resistance : It is able to work stably between -180°C to +260°C.
3. Excellent chemical corrosion resistance: Applicable medium includes oil, acid solution,alkali and almost all chemical materials.
4. Excellent non-sticky property: With low friction coefficient it easier to remove those resin, dopes, oil and other sticky things.
5. Anti-aging, weathering resistance.
